Pricing and Start Dates

In 2023, Hornsby Junior Rugby Union Club proudly provides competitions for boys and girls of all ages. Wave One of the Girls 7s competition will commence in early March 2023, while the winter competition, which is suitable for boys and girls of all ages, kicks off in the last weekend of March 2023.

Registration fees for our 2023 season are as follows:

Girls 7s: $220 (full season)

Mighty U5 Tag Rugby (4-5 tear old’s): $180

U5 to U7 (Minis): $140

U8 & U9 (Minis): $190

U10+ (Juniors): $220

For all new players, your membership also includes training shirt, shorts and socks. New minis players will also receive their own Hornsby Lions rugby ball!

Checklist before you start – this will save you time!

If you don’t already have one, create an account at https://myaccount.rugby.com.au or download the Rugby Xplorer app.
Please have your NSW Active Kids Voucher with you (this cannot be applied after registration)
Have an up-to-date passport style photo of only your child (head and shoulders only (NO caps/hats to be worn in photo)
Please have your child’s height and weight ready as it will be required to complete the registration process. It is important that this is accurate. The Club has a responsibility to check and record this again before the season starts.
When asked if you wish to set the player profile to “Private” please select “No”.

Step by step guide (3 minute process)

Open the Rugby Xplorer App or click on https://myaccount.rugby.com.au

Find a Club – Select player (if more than one linked to account) then Search for Hornsby JRU
Role – select Player. (For Mighty 5s, select Modified Participant) Do not choose training only.
Registration type –
- 4-5 year old Mighty U5 Tag Rugby, select Little Rugby
- U6 to U17 Minis and Juniors, select XVs Juniors
- U14 to U16 Girls, select Girls 7s
Duration – select Season
Confirm/Upload Profile Photo
Confirm Additional Details
Confirm/input Emergency Contact Details
Input Height & Weight (if requested), confirm/search Current School
Registration Summary – Add Active Kids Voucher Number

Make Payment using Credit Card (AMEX not supported)
